Yellow - because of blue light scattering in the earth's atmosphere
White - as it's seen from space
Black - because it's emission is close to black-body radiation (and does not reflect any light sent to it)
Violet-blue - the maximum of the solar energetic emission
Green - the maximum of solar radiation reaching the earth's surface
Infrared - as more than 52% of solar radiation is infrared

I just looked up and it's yellow. Y'all are overcomplicating this.

@ShakedKoplewitz Some of the answers are obvious troll logic, but I don't know what kind of mental gymnastics you think is required for "The Sun is white." That's just the color that it actually is. To me, that is the much simpler answer, simpler than saying, "The color of the Sun is the color that the Sun appears to be after filtering out some of its light." Especially since the sun will appear different colors at different times when viewed through the atmosphere.

@PlasmaBallin But everything i the colour it is after some kind of light scattering effect https://xkcd.com/1818/

If I were on an exam, I would say black, because we had a definition of color something like: reflected frequencies in visible spectre.

But In general reflected light can't be tested without equipment, in day to day definition: any light coming from an object defines it color.

You might have a glass, which does not reflect at all (thus black), but lets only red go through, it will look red and it is the most useful label. I will use red concept to identify a specific glass piece out of many.

White - as it's seen from Earth in its optical entirety.

Yellow - as depicted through crayon drawings
