I saw this, but seems like it was just in one exchange peak. After reviewing chart of 5 exchanges (binance, bybit, revolut, coinbase and mexc) seems like there was no full crosing :(

Just some clarification on how I will determine.

I will use GMT +0 timezone for the time check. I will check coinmarketcap and coingecko for the value. If value will be wobly above 3200 will check that atleast 6 out of 10 top CEXs had price above 3200 USD

According to whom? If I may ask.

@jks I look at top 10 CEXs volume wise.
