Resolution criteria
Resolves to the single listed person with whom Donald Trump is first confirmed to have a direct, live conversation (in‑person meeting, phone call, or video call) before 23:59:59 UTC on September 24, 2025.
Confirmation requires at least one of:
An official readout from the White House, or from the counterpart’s government/office (see sources below). (whitehouse.gov)
Alternatively, on‑the‑record confirmation by an official spokesperson, or reporting by two reputable outlets citing officials.
Exclusions: mere social‑media interactions without confirmation, emailed/letter greetings, or being in the same room without evidence they spoke.
Ordering and ties: winner is the earliest conversation start time stated in official readouts; if timing is unstated, use earliest public confirmation timestamp (UTC). If still tied, resolve to the option that appears first in the answers list.
If no qualifying conversation with any listed person is confirmed by the deadline, resolve N/A.

Background
UNGA High‑Level Week runs Sep 22–30, 2025; the General Debate opens Sep 23. Many leader‑to‑leader meetings happen in New York during this window. (un.org)
Listed people and current roles (as of Sep 2025):
Narendra Modi — Prime Minister of India. (mea.gov.in)
Vladimir Putin — President of Russia. (en.kremlin.ru)
Xi Jinping — President of China. (fmprc.gov.cn)
Volodymyr Zelenskyy — President of Ukraine. (president.gov.ua)
Benjamin Netanyahu — Prime Minister of Israel. (reuters.com)
Emmanuel Macron — President of France. (elysee.fr)
Justin Trudeau — former Canadian PM; he announced his resignation in January 2025 and is no longer PM. (bbc.com)
Elon Musk — businessman; not a head of state or government.
Considerations
Market type is dependent multiple choice: only one option can resolve Yes (the first confirmed conversation in the window); all others resolve No.
Despite the “world leaders” phrasing, the listed answers are the universe for resolution. A confirmed direct conversation with Elon Musk or Justin Trudeau (even as a private citizen) still counts if it is the first confirmed under the rules above.
If official readouts differ on timing, use the most specific stated time; otherwise fall back to earliest publication timestamp (UTC). UNGA scheduling may cause multiple same‑day interactions; check the primary sources above first. (gadebate.un.org)
