The Mexican government has killed a prominent gangster named Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, "El Mencho". I don't really understand the causal chain, but this has led to roadblocks and fires set by gang members, and the airport cancelling all flights, including those of some family members who were due to fly out today.
