To my knowledge, no one new has been badged in February or March. I've attached two past markets of mine which contain a list of 10 promising candidates for the badge. If no one on this list is badged in April, but someone else is, and I don't remember their previous badge status, I may require confirmation from a Manifold employee that their badge is new.

If the badge is renamed or redesigned, it counts as long as it's the same entity.

General policy for my markets: In the rare event of a conflict between my resolution criteria and the agreed-upon common-sense spirit of the market, I may resolve it according to the market's spirit or N/A, probably after discussion.
