Resolution Criteria

This market resolves to YES if Jeffrey Goldberg, the editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, is arrested on any charges directly related to his involvement in the Signal leak incident by the 1st of October, 2025. Otherwise, it resolves to NO.

This security breach involved sensitive national security information being accidentally shared with Goldberg, who is not a government official.
