Many football fans act like Arsenal are guaranteed to finish second this year, but I'm unconvinced; even though Nottingham Forest just lost to Aston Villa, they're still 5 points away from taking second with 7 games to play, and Arsenal have had some dodgy form recently.

Resolves to Yes if Arsenal finish in second place, No if they finish in any other place. I will resolve this market as soon as it is impossible for one of the options to occur (eg if Arsenal is four points clear of third with one game left in the season, I will resolve the market to Yes). If there is a point deduction or other administrative oddity, I will use the final official premier league table, but I won't claw back an already-resolved market if the answer changes (in the previous example, if Arsenal got a ten-point deduction, I would not change the resolution of the market to No even though they ended up finishing behind Forest).
