Basic Resolution Rules:

This market resolves based on the highest closing price of NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) common stock on any regular trading day between today and December 31, 2026.

Each option is independent and will resolve to YES if NVDA closes at or above that specific dollar amount on any single trading day during the market window, and NO otherwise.

More Resolution Rules:

The closing prices will be determined by the historical daily closing prices of NVIDIA stock as reported by Yahoo Finance (here it is: https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/NVDA/).

Just to add emphasis: this is based on daily closing price only. Intraday spikes that do not maintain the price through the 4:00 PM EST closing bell do not count.

Timeline:

The market begins on Jul 10th 12:00:00 am (ET) and ends on December 31st 11:59:59 pm (ET).
