We are taking this day by day with a longterm goal of becoming a person who can easily lock in when required to and accomplish what he wants to accomplish (whether short or long term).
I have a pattern where I am very productive up until 7:00 pm, finish almost all my schoolwork but then start feeling good about myself and rot on the internet until 11:00 pm ๐. On the weekends, it can be even worse.
I NEED TO STOP BEING A CHUD. I have been seriously working on it for a few days and thought that this would be good motivation for me as well.
Wasting time includes (but isn't necessarily limited to):
dilly dallying around after meals (a meal should take at max 30 minutes)
watching unnecessary Youtube videos (non educational ones) = bulk of wasted time
playing video games (I don't play too many)
playing chess or being on manifold for too long as a form of procrastination
What's not wasted time:
learning, studying, practicing, doing homework, working on a project, etc.
going to a social gathering is not wasted time
talking to friends for a natural amount of time
exercising or taking walks
sleeping <= 9 hours
Note: I will not be micron counting my hours. I am mostly talking about relatively large chunks of time.

People are also trading
@traders I just added a lot more data. I know I have been screwing around these few days, but I have also bean beating myself for it and suffering the consequences. That being said, I think I figured out how to keep myself from wasting time and sleeping late.
We are gonna try to do better. Itโs gonna be especially hard during the weekend though
I will place a 200 mana bet on 31-45 hours and to give me more motivation. Similar to what @bigyahu did. Otherwise, I will keep away from trading. I know 45 hours is still a lot but itโs a big step.
