Won't buy NO, won't sell YES. May sell limit orders.

Resolves NO if there is a day between 8/1 and 9/30 that was not covered by one of my streaks markets. Retroactive coverage is not allowed. I would have until the end of the day to create a market covering that day.

Note: Last version of this market only concerend 1 pomodoro/day markets. I am going to be permissive and say that if any of my markets under my current system covers this timeframe, it doesn't resolve NO.
