Resolves YES if Wizards of the Coast releases an announcement between 19.12. (19th of December) and the EOY 2023 which bans any card in any of the Magic: The Gathering's formats (Even if the effective date of the ban is after the end of 2023). NO if this does not happen.
This question will close and resolve on the 31st.
Functional errata and rules changes that don't ban cards (e.g. companion tax) don't count. This is about the paper format, so any weirdness on Arena or MTGO doesn't count.
See https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Banned_and_restricted_cards/Timeline for a history of ban announcements.
