The market resolves YES if Infineon acquires AMS-Osram's Premstätten facility. The agreement of the acquisition must be publicy announced by February 28, 2026. Resolution will be based on official announcements from either Infineon or AMS-Osram confirming the transaction completion. If no deal is announced by this date, the market resolves NO.
