My roommates and I live in the Presidio of San Francisco and are considering getting a 6-person, inflatable hot tub to put in our backyard. For context, the Presidio is operated by the federal government as it is a national park.

Technically, this is almost definitely against the restrictions of our lease. But the Presidio is notoriously lax with rules, and has never monitored parking, planting, hummingbird feeders, and generally does not seem to pay much attention to the residents.

Conditional on whether we purchase an inflatable hot tub, will the Presidio require us to remove the inflatable hot tub from our backyard?
