Spanish legislative elections have been recently held, and the results have been really tight. The two main candidates to be the head of government have a difficult situation to be elected as such, due to Spain's complex political situation.

I will resolve yes if a new head of government is elected by the "Congreso de los Diputados" before november 1st. If there is a new election or no president is elected, I will solve NO
