It resolves YES if at least 15 personal insults are said by any candidate during the first presidential debate. (Intentional or Unintentional).

Criteria for Insult: Ad-hominem Criteria. Any attack on a character (participating in the debate) that is aimed at insulting, making fun or portray the target of the insult in a negative light without any relation to the argument being made.

Not an insult: If the argument revolves around personal capabilities, relations, past decisions, etc.. and it’s relevant to the argument being made, will not count as an insult.

After the first debate a list of insults will be provided and traders allowed to argue against the results.
