The Canfranc International railway station (Estación Internacional de Canfranc) is currently international in name only, as it operates purely as a spanish train terminus - despite having being built to serve as a border railway station between France and Spain, and having done so for some years. The international line has ceased operation after a bridge-busting accident in 1970, but vague projects to reopen it have been proposed regularly up to today.

Since 2013, a Memorandum of Understanding between the border region of Aragon and Aquitaine has been signed with a view on reopening this line, with reopening of the "easy" part of the line up to Bedous (not the mountain crossing one, which is sure to be more expensive to complete). It is unclear if political will and funding will be secured to finish this project.

Will Canfranc station see regular service from lines from Spain and France, before Jan 1st 2030 ?

Regular service: at least weekly, all year long. Can be passenger or freight. Train do not need to pass through (would be difficult because the different gagues), but being a terminus for trains from both side of the borders would count.
