Use Nasdaq/NVIDIA investor-relations historical price data as the primary source. Yahoo Finance, StockAnalysis, or another major market-data site may be used as a backup if the primary historical lookup is unavailable. Ignore after-hours prices. If NVDA has a stock split between market creation and resolution, adjust the $225.00 threshold by the split ratio so the economic threshold is unchanged. If May 21, 2026 has no regular NVDA trading session because of an exchange halt or closure, use the next regular-session closing price after trading resumes.
