I had some technical issues while I was creating a question, and apparently it made duplicates. How should I fix it? Is the only way to get rid of the duplicates to resolve them?

Additional Question: How do multiple choice questions work? Can anybody add options, or can only the creator of them do so. I think I've seen some where I have been able to add options.
