Resolution Criteria:

• This question resolves as "Yes" if, by July 1, 2024, Car and Driver, a reputable automotive magazine, publishes a review of the new Tesla Cybertruck and assigns it a rating of 8.0 or higher on their standard 1 to 10 scale.

• The rating must be explicitly stated in an article, review, or official publication by Car and Driver. The rating should be clearly identifiable and not subject to interpretation (e.g., a numeric rating or a rating stated as "8/10" or higher).

• If Car and Driver publishes multiple reviews or ratings of the Cybertruck before the resolution date, the highest rating given will be considered for resolution.

• If Car and Driver has not published a review or rating of the Tesla Cybertruck by July 1, 2024, or if the rating given is lower than 8.0, the question will resolve as "No".

• This question is contingent upon Car and Driver conducting and publishing an official review of the vehicle. In the unlikely event that Car and Driver does not review the Tesla Cybertruck by the resolution date, the question will resolve as "No".
