It's really not difficult to check for plagiarism these days in its most common forms. That no one has spotted anything yet suggests there's nothing there of the sort of plagiarism that has hit other academics recently.

Outrageous accusations, both Joe and Jill and first class scholars. I have actually read (ok, skimmed) Dr Biden's dissertation and I think it is wholly suitable for an Ed.D. from the University of Delaware, which itself is a top 1% school in the world.
