@MP This was resolved incorrectly @BramStolk . Carmack has been consulting at Meta part time for a couple of years now, there has been no change in his employment. The tweet is saying he is continuing in his current role.

He’s been consulting CTO since then, only working one day a week (I mentioned that in my comment a month ago btw).

He has a pretty comfy position at the moment in which he only works 1 day a week, and he still seems quite active and enthusiastic in Meta's internal communications channel. I see no reason why he'd leave in the next 4 months, so pushing it up to 87%
