Resolves to the winner of season 4 of the SailGP. Note that this is the result of the entire season, not just the final races to be held on 9-10 December 2023.
I expect the winners will be announced after the final race on the 10tg of December, and I will resolve the question then.
This question will resolve NA in the unlikely event that there is a tie or no winner is announced.
