"New enemies" means NPCs that are not in Factorio 1.x and that can deal damage to the player. Peaceful NPCs don't count. If an enemy is present on multiple planets, all those planets resolve YES. This market will be extended if the answers aren't announced at the time of launch (ie if players have to discover the enemies themselves)
