Another month, another government shutdown potentially impacting my flights.

I am planning on taking a flight from San Francisco to Taiwan on March 4th.

This question resolves YES if this flight happens as scheduled (even if I personally can't fly on it for some other reason). The question resolves NO if the flight is cancelled or delayed more than 8 hours.
