YES if before Dec 31, 2025, Whoop:

• WHOOP removes or disables the blood pressure insights feature, or marketing claims, or shifts BPI from the “Life” subscription down to a lower tier, or

• FDA files any injunctions or other legal measures to compel WHOOP to stop marketing claims, provide software features, or seize/stop sales of hardware products, or

• WHOOP publicly announces it has suspended marketing claims related to blood pressure, either voluntarily under FDA pressure or as part of an enforcement action.

NO if:

• Whoop continues offering/marketing the blood pressure insights feature without interruption.
