will resolve "YES" if at least 2 or more will talk in a Twitter space TOGETHER prior to the election.

To be clear, the Candidates must both talk in the same space.

• It will resolve NO if one candidate joins but never speaks. (ex. the account joins as a listener, but does not participate in dialogue)
