@traders Thank you for trading in this market, you were a lot for my standard numbers and I never thought this market would get so big and participated. Really thank you. This market is now closed, but I already created a 2026 season market with the same features, hoping that many of you will still participate in the community that was born with this market.

@BlitzEver is it possible to close this market since season is over and create a new one for next season. i want to get it out of the open trades tab on my profile + you get more trader bonus :D

@prismatic I wanted to close it now and reopen it in march to use it again for convenience. Why would I get more trader bonus with a new market?

@BlitzEver for every new person that joins the market, you get a trader bonus. for people that have already traded on the market, you don't. so for the regular f1 followers, you don't really gain anything from betting on us. that's why other sports have weekly markets so the creator can get trader bonus

@prismatic unless I'm wrong and you do get trader bonus for new entries on the same market? lmk i'm not sure now tbh

@prismatic that’s only for multiple choice markets, that have 1 correct answer. Set markets, like this one, you get trader bonuses for every new question. So if Blitzever created 10 new questions here, and someone bet on them all, they’d get 10x the trader bonus.

It might also be worth considering potential for tips. If people have made lots of mana over a season maybe they give a tip with review to help support cost of creating lots of questions on the market?

@ChristopherRandles Idk. Even though I'm not so rich in mana, I don't think I need tips. This market was profitable also for myself. Creating a new one means fresh start and everything neat and tidy. While keeping this open means that every trader will receive a notification when new answers are being added (and 147 traders are a lot of traders in my head to reach again in a new market). To be honest, I'm really undecided about what to do. Should I conduct a survey?

@BlitzEver speaking as a user rather than a mod: for a megamarket like this I'd rather all the old entries had "2025" in them if you wanted to reuse it. but it's probably best to close this and make a new one in the new season; you can always post a link here when that starts to still convert a bunch of eyeballs!

in either case, it's worth closing the last item here now. if you decide to reopen it, that can be done at a later date. (I think you can do it yourself but mods definitely can when the time comes)

@BlitzEver unfortunately, we instead got the least-deserving WDC in a long time. 2pts ahead in a rocket ship and barely beat his own teammate.

@AlexanderTheGreater Hopefully, next year with the new regulations, we'll see other rivalries and a more deserved WDC.

@B_K Ah lol I didn't notice. In the first ~10 laps the commentators made a comment about everyone using the Medium & Hard so I took that as gospel.

@JPD if you watch the replay of antonelli’s start that got penalized you can see the red. He may have been the only one

@B_K I made the same mistake, I kept an eye on the status board but never saw soft turn up but running it back it shows antonneli on soft and he swapped to hard in the VSC period. Missed it completely
