Resolution criteria

This market resolves YES if Whoopi Goldberg makes a public announcement that she is retiring from The View on or before December 31, 2026. The announcement must be made by Goldberg herself (via statement, interview, social media, or on-air declaration) and explicitly state her intention to retire from the show. Resolution is based on the announcement date, not any future departure date. This market resolves NO if no such announcement is made by the deadline.

If Whoopi Goldberg dies before December 31, 2026 this market resolves NO.
