Resolved
NO

I'm thinking one full nonfiction book per week, because I think I should be exposing myself to more ideas. I will report back which books I read at the end of the month. Books read for school assignments do not count.

As a motivation market, in case of the answer being yes, I will resolve the market as N/A instead. I will be sinking some of my own money into YES to make myself more likely to follow through, but there is no reason for anyone else to do so. Instead, you ought to dump money into NO to exploit me in the chance that I fail to meet this goal.

After beginning "The Myth of the Rational Voter", I've decided on a final list. I'm hoping to make this a habit for at least until I graduate college, so the specific books here are not of too much consequence.

  1. Myth of the Rational Voter

  2. Ultralearning

  3. The Selfish Gene

  4. Man's Search for Meaning

I'm getting my wisdom teeth pulled on thursday and will have a bit of time off responsibilities during recovery, so I should be able to catch up. I'll try to work through a sizable chunk of 1. tomorrow evening, after I am exhausted and unable to do anything productive.
