Tesla's 2026 annual shareholder meeting is scheduled for December 3, 2026 (3:00 PM Central, Gigafactory Texas and online; record date October 13, 2026). Proposal 2 on the ballot is a non-binding advisory say-on-pay vote on named executive officer compensation for 2025. Tesla's proxy reports Elon Musk's 2025 compensation at $158,359,009,867. Most of that is the grant date value of performance awards, and Tesla separately reports Musk's 2025 realized compensation as $0. This market resolves YES if support for the say-on-pay proposal is below 80.0%. It resolves NO if support is 80.0% or higher. Support is calculated as votes FOR divided by (votes FOR plus AGAINST plus ABSTAIN), using the counts in Tesla's Form 8-K (Item 5.07) reporting the meeting's results. Broker non-votes are excluded. This matches how Tesla counts approval: a majority of shares present or represented and entitled to vote. The result is rounded to one decimal place. For comparison, the same calculation gave about 79.4% support in 2024 and 78.2% support in 2025. If the 8-K is late, Tesla's official results press release with vote counts may be used instead. If the meeting is postponed, this market follows the rescheduled meeting, provided it is held by March 31, 2027. If no say-on-pay vote is held by then, this market resolves N/A. Resolution deadline: the deciding information (Tesla's 8-K with vote results) is expected to be available by December 9, 2026 (within 4 business days after the December 3 meeting, per SEC Item 5.07 filing requirements).
