Resolution criteria

This market resolves to YES if, by May 1, 2027, at least three major international news outlets (e.g., Reuters, Bloomberg, The Associated Press, BBC, Financial Times) publish articles explicitly describing the Long Thanh International Airport project as a "national embarrassment," "failure," "fiasco," or similar heavily negative characterization regarding its development, timeline, or operational capabilities.

The market resolves to NO if these conditions are not met by the specified date.
