@Joshua But it’s now kinda out of his control. If they pass an article out of committee, which they very well could, he can’t not bring it to the floor. I mean technically he can’t do literally anything he wants, nothing hits the floor without the consent of the Speaker. But he probably wouldn’t be speaker for much longer since he basically gave away his veto power to get the job.
