Indonesia has invited both Putin and Zelensky to attend (https://tass.com/world/1492077). The Ukrainian president has committed to attend "only if Putin also attends" (https://tass.com/world/149137). Russia has said on multiple occasions Putin will be attending in person (https://www.forbes.com/sites/dereksaul/2022/06/27/russia-says-putin-will-be-part-of-g20-summit-setting-stage-for-showdown-with-western-leaders/), so the stage is set for the G20 to be a historic grand forum for multilateral peace negotiations between the Ukrainian and Russian leaders.
Resolves YES if Putin and Zelensky meet in person in Indonesia during the G20 summit. Resolves NO if not.

@MP i think we want visual confirmation so if they both appear in a photo or on camera at the same time, not necessary for them to hold bilateral talks.
If they are in the same building at the same time it's the only thing anyone there is going to be talking about. I would love to see Zelenskyy blow Putin off obviously, or maybe give him the microphone while Vlad is trapped and let him do his best standup bit.
@BTE While during a war (Israel)? Israel Army is there killing Egiptians while the pm is with the president?
Meeting to end an war don't qualify, imo
@MP I thought it would be easier to think of examples. But the fact that it hasn’t really happened like it would in the scenario proposed in this question might make it worth trying. Whether this happens or not will probably depend on how much Biden wants it to happen at the G20 and provides Zelenskyy secure transport. Zelenskyy has had a tough time knowing who he can and cannot trust inside his own government so I am sure he probably worries about being deposed if he leaves.
Xi and Putin both confirmed to be attending G20 in person. This significantly increases the likelihood this happens.
