Best mayor in the US, but unequipped for war (even more than Trump, who didn’t actually use executive power effectively)
Also he knows it’s way too soon. No point in tangling with Trump vs. sailing in later. Has very clear aspirations but no upside to this cycle, maybe plausible for a later one.
