@MartinRandall Yes. But it would be strange to take the empty folders and coversheets to Mar-a-Lago if you already tore them up and flushed them. But he is as strange as they come so wouldn't put anything past him.
@BTE I was thinking that maybe they were looking for his secret plan to invade Canada but it turns out he destroyed it when he was in office and that's why they couldn't find it in his winter palace - it was never there.
