I can't find any information about the case still being open and none of this has been confirmed in the mainstream media as far as I can tell. My bad for having terrible resolution criteria, but I think this is probably the most reasonable thing to do in this situation.

In retrospect, I should have written more well-defined resolution criteria, but since the case is still open, I'm going to resolve everything we know for now and resolve the rest later when more details are officially out.

If I missed any news that confirm some of these, feel free to point it out.
