Medium difficulty to resolve @mods

@mods Google is unhelpful here. Not sure we'll ever know.

@Quroe seems like a random person so I'm disinclined to resolve anything other than N/A BUT I decided on NO simply because public info from a search shows he moved from Michigan to Boston far enough before the election to have re-registered, assuming he voted at all.
