You can support Alexey Guzey’s work (or the projects he leads) but there isn’t a single, obvious “donate to Alexey directly” button floating around that’s universally promoted everywhere. Here’s how you can actually give money if you want to help him or the things he’s building:

1. Donate to New Science

He’s president of New Science, a nonprofit (501c3 status pending) focused on metascience and research infrastructure. There is a donate page on their site where you can give in fiat or crypto, and if the 501c3 status goes through, those donations will be retroactively tax-deductible.

You’d donate to the org he runs, not to him personally.

2. Email contact if you want bespoke instructions

If you want to donate directly to him or to a specific project and you want the rules/legal stuff sorted out, you can email:

3. Patreon / Subscriptions (less direct)

He runs writing on Substack (New Science newsletter). Substack isn’t a donation per se, but subscribing financially is a way of supporting his work.

4. There’s no public direct donation tracker showing personal contributions going to Alexey

There are donation tracking pages for people’s historic giving (what they’ve given to others), but nothing showing a public pot of funds for him personally.

So the upshot is: if you want to channel money into his efforts, the real lever right now is New Science’s donation page or getting in touch via email to ask how he prefers support—because there’s not some obvious “Donate to Alexey Guzey” PayPal link plastered everywhere.

Also be warned that nonprofits with “pending” status can be finicky on tax deductibility until they’re formally approved. If that matters to you, ask him or the org directly.

If you mean José Luis Ricón (Nintil / “ArtirKel”), the public “give this human money” route is:

  • Patreon: his blog has pointed people to donating via Patreon, and the Patreon it links to is patreon.com/artir

(That’s the cleanest “support ongoing writing” option.)

If you want to do something outside Patreon (one-off, earmarked, weird payment rails, etc.), his personal site lists a direct contact email:

One important human-identity warning because the internet is a landfill: there’s also a GoFundMe for “José Ricon” that appears to be for a family facing a loss. That is very likely not the same person as “José Luis Ricón (Nintil)”, so don’t donate to that unless you specifically mean that fundraiser.
