Resolves YES if Sargeant qualifies in a higher position than his teammate a minimum of two times, in any qualifying session for the main race (not Sprints).
If there is a replacement driver for Albon, and Sargeant out qualifies that replacement, that will count towards the market resolving YES.
If the rival driver against Sargeant has a DNF issue/retires during qualifying, allowing Sargeant to qualify higher, that will still count towards a YES solution.
If the rival driver never leaves the garage during qualifying, and Sargeant de facto qualifies higher, that will still count as an out-qualification for the market.
Sargeant failed to outqualify his teammate once during the 2023 season.
