Resolves YES if a driver from any team besides Red Bull wins three or more races (not including sprints) in the 2024 season, not including sprints.

This includes victories from promotions due to penalties. For example if Max Verstappen won a race, but was disqualified or otherwise penalised down the finishing order, so that a non-RB driver is promoted to 1st, it would count towards a non-Red Bull win for the market.
