Resolves YES if 7 drivers or more, who start the race are then unable to finish it for any reason. This includes disqualification, mechanical issues, issues with driver health, etc.

If a driver does not start the race, either with a technical fault in the formation lap, or never leaves the garage, that will not count towards the count of DNFs for the market.

This is not inclusive of Sprint races.

Last season, in Australia, 8 cars did not finish in one race.
