Resolves YES if Lawson finishes in P16 or higher, including any DNFs during the race (i.e. if there are 4 DNFs, and Lawson is last in P16, the market still resolves YES).
If someone else is racing for whatever reason at Monza in place of Lawson, the market will resolve N/A and return money to traders.
