I define work out as doing multiple (at least 3) sets of vigorous exercise until I get tired.

This is really just a way so I can keep track of how much I exercise.

Will be updating this when possible.

Will resolve yes if goal is met at the end of 2024

Will resolve no if I fail anywhere from now to the end of 2024

7/22 - 7/28 check

7/29 - 8/4 check

Remark:

The goal is 3 times a week because as school starts I will enter the hockey season which will require practicing 3 times a week. I am not counting this as working out (the point is that I work out voluntarily) but it will take up the exercise for the day. So there's really only 4 days in my week.
