Two players, Alice and Bob, are playing a tic-tac-toe variant. Bob secretly flips a fair coin; if it's heads, he tries to win; if it's tails, he tries to lose. Bob wins if he manages to fulfil his goal, and Alice wins otherwise. Is it possible for Alice to win 100% of the time? Jun 20, 5:00pm: Resolves when I see a convincing proof either way. Jun 20, 5:55pm: Alice always starts!

You have nerd-sniped me. Bob can always force a non-draw even if Alice goes first; here is the proof: https://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vTh7U0kqcPDzlCmkhE1Yc6lgzTcntgNqrVsX6w57eEvMpFq4yDaG6xPeink3EjylQetPBFETVTrE9rx/pub
