This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Russian Agricultural Bank (Rosselkhozbank) is reconnected to the SWIFT international payments system on or before June 30, 2025, as determined by declaration by the bank itself or other officials. Whether any payments can actually go through is irrelevant for purposes of this market.
