@ian I also believe that after a bit of reworking it could be used for Manifold, and maybe even publicly: ask users for their self-estimated interest vectors and maybe even goals like "want to read more about technology but less about crypto", calculate actual interest and belief vectors, subsidize new markets accordingly!
