Why resolving NA?

@jim yeah it's possible he would have resolved differently, but to me the title/description seemed fairly clear.

Resolves Yes if Biden became the Democratic party nominee and won the state in the 2024 election
Resolves No if Biden became the Democratic party nominee at any point and did not win the state in the 2024 election
Resolves No if Biden became the Democratic party nominee at any point and later dropped out from the election for any reason (e.g. personal health)

None of the three options occurred. The title specifies a conditional. if this market was just going to be "which states did biden win" (with no conditioning on being the nominee), the title would be simplified and these options wouldn't be enumerated. so I think these resolve N/A.

@AmmonLam Is this ready to resolve? I think the Biden did not become the nominee at any point (just the presumptive nominee), so it should resolve to N/A for all options.

Do these all resolve N/A now that Biden is not the democratic nominee?
