Resolves YES if AMD announces their intent (or we have credible evidence of plans from another source) to open source the scheduler and memory hierarchy management of the 7900XTX GPU firmware.
In case of uncertainty, I will take into account whether George Hotz / tiny corp is satisfied with the extend to the release, although I reserve the right to resolve otherwise if I consider that they are being clearly reasonable.
Note that the source code does not need to actually be released by end of March, just an intent announced.
If by end of March, we have no strong evidence that AMD intends to release the relevant parts of the source code, resolves NO.
Given the potential for subjectivity in resolution, I will not participate in this market.
