Kupiansk is a 25 000 town in Kharkov region

It was controlled by russian forces fora few months in 2022. Now it is in 20 km from the battle line and under Ukraine control. Russian forces slowly advance in that direction in a recent months.

Do you think Ukrain will manage to keep Kupiansk before end of 2023?
