Will there be any kind of terror attack in Rome before the new pope has taken office?
Terror attack: anything commonly reported as such counts. Bombs, driving a vehicle into a crowd and even knifing random people all are examples that would resolve yes.
Timing: the clock doesn't stop the moment the new pope is technically inaugurated. If related ceremonies are still ongoing or when crowds leaving the inauguration get attacked, it's still a YES.
Location: initially I wanted this to be scoped to an attack related to the conclave. However, to keep resolution simple anywhere in Rome will count and intention shouldn't matter. If for example a Italian government or just tourists are attacked it still counts even if it's not near the Vatican.
I'll extend the market if necessary in case conclave takes a long time.
